Default paper tuning broadheads

what is this, and what does it do...and exactly how do you do it?

Actually, I wouldn't paper tune w/ broadheads engaged. Paper tune w/ field points. But, it's the process of shooting arrows through paper to see how it is flying. A porpousing or fishtailing arrow will become evident when shot through paper.
