He is being accused of shooting a tame bear in a pen then tagging it as a wild kill.

I don't know what to say, I had always liked their music and am kind of confused as to why he shot "Cubby".

Whoa! I have one for you guys too.
There was a Va. State Policeman, who name I can't remember, that shot a fake deer after dark 17 times with a pistol.
He was on duty also to beat it all. I'm not sure what they did to the guy though. It's been a few years ago.
