Default slick tricks

i just bought some of the slick trick broadheads to try out. They fly great but i find them very dull with someback edges ground back and not an even edge. I contacted the company about thisvia e-mail but they don't
respond back. Hasanyoneelse had this trouble? If this is the way they always come out of the package and the way the company wants deal with customers then i 'll be switching back

I just got some in the mail and they are pretty sharp. I did try to contact them by email and I never did get a response either!

That's a shame. A great product tainted w/ poor customer service. Have either of you tried contacting them via phone?

Supposedly, the owner is working out the sharpness issue by contracting with a new blade manufacturer. Several of us are just waiting for this issue to be worked out before we place our orders.

I just emailed Gary and he apologized and is sending me a brand new pack of blades. Slick Trick has excellent customer service.

He's a great guy and has been extremely bogged down with the new (2006) Slick Tricks. Evidently they have a new blade manufacturer and the new blades are supposed to be extremely sharp as well. Although I will say, it doesn't take much to make those blades super sharp. All the deer and hogs I shot last year didn't seem to think they were too dull.
