Default Matthew's or Fred Bear

I am considering getting a new bow and I like both the matthew's and the Fred Bear Realtree bow. I was just looking for opinions on the best bow to buy. Thanks!

Mathews is WAY too expensive, and I know nothing of Fred Bear. If I were you, I would go with a Martin, or a PSE, or a Hoyt... All good bows for reasonable prices...

I have a Fred Bear TRX and it is a great bow. Mathews bows are all nice too........just VERY expensive. In the end it will be up to you to decide (by shooting) if a Mathews is worth the extra money to you.

My TRX shoots fast, smooth, quiet and I can stack arrows all day with it. This may or may not be your experience but I would definately recommend trying as many bows as you can from as many different companies as possible. You will know which bow is right for you when you shoot it. If it's $700 then so be it.......If it's $400 then great you just saved some dough. Don't choose by price tags......they are not the best indicator of what will be the best bow for YOU.

I have shot many bows before and after my TRX and never regretted my choice for a second.

Hope you find the bow that is right for you.
