i need to get some of my arrows refletched and i was wondering what the word is on the quickspins. do they really helpyour groups out that much?

Not even close. Quick spins are pretty good, just not incredibly durable. The quick spin will do just that, spin the arrow, and quickly. More spin = a more stabilized arrow, but the downside is lost speed downrange. Not a bad choice, though.

I would't recommend quick spin. Not very durable at all. Plus like mobowhunter said slows the arrow WAY down on long distance shots.
