Traditional vs. Compound

RE: Traditional vs. Compound
Trad then Compound.....
Could never get good enough with the traditional equipment regardless the hours I put in, I owed the quarry more than a hope for shot so I got the best I could be with a compound, never looked back. I really credit guys that can shoot the traditional equip, I mean really shoot it, not the hopefuls...I was a hopeful and went compound ful time....

This will be my secondseason of Trad only..... it's just a matter of perspective...... I'd rather kill a doe with trad thana decent buck with the compound any day.....
It takes a tremendous amount of dedication to getgood with a trad bow.... I'm to the point now that I can pick it up after not shooting for awhile and can make a kill shot at 15 yds every time..... To be profficient at 20yds, I need to be practicing regularly....
It's simple, I limit my shots to 15yds if I haven't been shooting much..

I'm in the process of learning to shoot, so I'm using an old Ben Pearson compound. It looks like someone just took a one-piece, sawed off the recurve and bolted on the cams. I don't use sights. The cams are helpful while I'm learning, but as I get better and am ready to get a nicer bow I'm thinking take-down recurve.
