I'm sure some of the questions I have asked on here were not
original. One thing the repitition does is let others on here get an idea of who I am and how much experience I have or lack as the case may be. I think that is a good thing. If someone gets tired of seeing the same thing over and over again they can just skip it or choose not to answer. I would hate to see a forum that would make anyone feel excluded or not "good" enough.

I think if one were to limit which posts were permitted, then that would reduce the members ,which would be a shame.
Take this thread for instance, one could think up a more constructive idea for a post, don't you agree[8D]? No ,of coarse not because it's your idea and like a## h#leseveryone has one .
And thats the way it should be!!

Uhh... I'll bet the reason you allways see the same thing is because this forum is so awsome that more people keep joining. Thus the reason why there are newbie questions. If you dont like it why did you join?

We have one, it's called the traditional forum. I think we have more than enough forums here already, if not too many in my opinion.

For one we have a bow hunting forum and a technical forum, but we discuss both in either so whats the point really. We also have forums for gear reviews, that rarely get any action at all. Probably because we have already talked about it in one of the two other forums, or both.

I agree with Josh, if you don't want to read it just don't click on it. That is what I do.

I like the newbee questions. It makes a novice like me seem a little smart.[8D]I had a left handed rest on my bow last year. The bow shop man was very understanding. He let me know nicely without embarassing me and set me up nice and pretty for 20.00 even .That included the price for a string loop , rest and watching me shoot. He has my business for sure whenI need it.

Some advance archers I was shooting with kept saying "That rest just don't look right." It's the one they gave me at Sports Authority.LOL They even put it on.

This is the best forum on the web I think. You know if there is a topic you dont like you dont have to click on it. As far as starting a new forum, go for it its a free country. Im not interested in going to another forum. Just my humble opion.

I think he is talking about starting another section on this sight, not a new message board all together.

If you want a site that is geared to more advanced archery try Archery Talk, not a lot of hunting talk going on the though. Well I don't know that for sure, it's been a while since I have been there.

And if you want a great site that doesn't get a lot of traffic with good hunters try Edersbow.com. Awsome site the friendliest people on the net. They just don't get the traffic this place does.

I do like the idea of a game cam forum though...

Other than that, I like the diversity. I too have been in here since 2000 and will tell you, I've learned so much from the folks in here. So, everybody needs a place to learn and enjoy our sport. New or not, it makes this place fun.
