I use the same arrow and I had some old three blade 125 grain broadheads ( can't remember the name of them ) and shot good with them but I switched to Muzzey Bad To The Bone 4 blade 100 grain, now I'm shooting a whole lot better.
I like my Muzzey's I think their a pretty good broadhead.

Try the 100gr slick tricks..fly very well and with your poundage, might perform better on game than mechanicals.. just my opinion. Best of luck.

well im definately using fixed no question about it but i think im gonna go with the magnus 100 or 85 grain 4 blade stinger


what grain would be better for my poundage and setup 100 or 85

You may want to go with the weight that gives you the most KE.
Here is the formula to calculate KE:
KE=(arrow weight in grains)(Velocity in FPS)(Velocity in FPS) divided by 450240
Keep in mind that you'll need to find the velocity for each different arrow weight.
I would recommend staying with a fixed head because of your arrow speed.

what would my arrow weight be they are gold tip 5575 and i believe they are 31 inches (i havent had them cut down)

If I didn't already have a extra pack ofmuzzy 3 blade 100gr. I know that i would try out the new MX4's 100gr. But, maybe that's just me.

what would your guys best guess be on what my KE would bewith 55lb pull 27.5 dl 300ibo gold tip 5575 31 inch and either a 85 or 100 broadhead?
