I don't know what Ohio is like, but that is a BIG NO, NO here in MN. No matter what the circumstances are...no one can take a wild deer for a pet.

that stinks hitting a Fawn. Is this very commonwhile you are haying?I'm not a farmer so i don't know. Is there anything that can prevent a fan coming in contact with the cutter?

i havnt had to finish off a fawn but last year in october 2 days before opening day for shotgun a buck was hit just down the road from me. it was not the easiest thing ive ever had to do. both of the front legs were broken and stiking out and me and a couple buddies actually had to chase him down because he thought he could get away. it was terrible..
