I just switched to NAP 100gr. Shockwaves for this year. I used to shoot 100gr. thunderheads but wanted to flatten this new bow out to 60yrds. Ralph from Archers Choice suggested these. I have to say that they fly just like my field points. I hope to be going on a hog hunt over Easter to a friends place in Oklahoma. I will try them out there and let you know.

Anything from Rocket. Depending on what you're trying to kill. I shoot Hammerdeads at turkeys because of the 2" diameter.

If I were going to shoot a mechanical head it would be a Rocket Steel head.

However, you can get the same field point accuracy by shooting a Slick Trick and you will never have to worry about anything concerning the broadhead.

I shot broadheads with my Trykon for the first time today! I have 100gr NAP Shockwaves that I bought for turkey hunting (I shoot Muzzy 3-blade for deer), and they shoot exactly like my field points! With my Ultratec they were slightly left and higher, but the Trykon is tuned perfectly!
It was also the first time I shot broadheads into the Block 4x4, and they pull out much easier than I imagined (with very little damage to the target)!
All in all it was a good day!

Wasp Jakhammer's 100 - 1-3/4" cutting diameter, .036" blade thickness, S.S. tip.

Last 5 or 6 deer I've killed with them haven't made it farther than 70 or 80 yards with bloodtrails anyone could follow. You put the arrow where you are supposed to and these heads will simply destroy what you hit!

First, this wasn't the right forum for this. This forum is for gear reviews, as in you use and then review it here however,

Check this link out for broadhead testing results by our own 5shot....great place to learn from as well.

I've used Rocket Mini Blasters for years. They shoot just like my field points and always leave a huge exit hole. I have heard really good things about hyper shock also.

Every broadhead has one fault or another. However, my broadhead of choice each year always ends up being the Rocket Steelhead 100. I think its overall design lends itself to exceptional accuracy and durability. Great head.
