Go test some and pick what you want. Stay out of the "Ford/Chev" debate with bows. There are many good brands out there. I would stay in the 60 lb range to. Have fun huntin

I think I will go look at the Bowtech Allegiance and the Tribute. I really like Bowtech, my dad just bought a Tomkat and I was looking at the Alligiance and Tribute and I liked them. I want something that will have decent speed and kinetic energy. Plus it would be nice if it shot faster than my uncles bow, because he always talks about his stupid mathews and how fast it shoots. lol im only 14 and he has the same draw length as me

Try a parker Extreme it's only 30" axle to axle & it's only 2 pound's & 9 oz.

yeah dude it's no problem to get new limbs after a little while. The thing is it'll cost ya. Look into bowtechs. They shoot great. The biggest thing though is to shoot a lot of diff. bows and find out what works for you. Shoot diff. brands and shop around.

Go out and see what you like in your price range. I shoot a bowtech, but that doesn't mean you will like one too, shoot them all! If you get a 60 pound bow, you can probably start out with the limb bolts backed down to close to 50, although bows are more efficient when maxed out. You can gradually tighten the bolts until you are shooting the max. Just make sure you have your draw length measured and your bow is set up properly for you. Good luck with whatever you choose!

and then shoot,,shoot..shoot..90%of any animal on earth can be taken ith 60# or less so don't let that bother you think bout it like this...which is easier to hold, 60%of 60# or 60%70#

Buying new limbs for a bow is expensive. You might be better off buying a used bow or inexpensive bow until you muscle into a heavier one as you grow into the heavier poundages....just a thought.
