shot my trykon
Yep is sure is nice. quiet, smooth. with my 364 gr. arrow at 70 lbs., 32" draw i'm getting 306fps. (5.2 gr/lb)
I'm actually a little disappointed. I wanted to be at 310fps. IBO is advertised at 314. the only thing i have on the string is a D loop and the sims dampeners that it came with. I'm half-way thinking about taking the string dampeners off.

RE: shot my trykon
Why? There is no difference between 306 and 310. It won't effect your sights or pin gap at all so why make the rig noisier for no significant gain in speed? Speed increases need to be in margins of 10 fps to be noticeable and 306 actually rounds to 310 anyway...

RE: shot my trykon
are you shooting speed pro arrows? if you answer yes, you may wish to know that tests have been performed by running a camera down the inside of the shafts after shots, and the spine is pretty much shot out of those arrows in 5 attempts.

no I'm shooting carbon express 3D selects. that is interesting what you say about the speed pros. those are actually about 100 grs less than IBO.
I know that 306 to 310 doesn't makea difference. I just want to got the most i can from my bows. it's advertised at 314, I'd like to see that. realisticly it won'thappen due to the D loop butI'd like to see how close I could get.
