Absolutely I just so happen to chrono a Tribute when I was testing bows...it was a 70 lb, 381 grain arrow, 28 in draw, 291 fps....sounds like your setup...add maybe 1 fps for your arrows less weight....

For gaining 5# of bow weight, you might gain 3-7 fps!

Asa rule figure about 1 fps/lb. of weight increase.
