I would recommend you shop the used bow market. But you really need to walk into a proshop first to get properly measured. After that you should be able to find decent stuff on the various web boards ( or the proshop ) like this one and another good one for buying stuff is archerytalk.com or ebay ( although I see crazy prices for used stuff on ebay ). Do some leg work and ask the questions here and you'll do fine.
