Fix a broken rack for mount or not??

RE: Fix a broken rack for mount or not??
Here is a six point from 1995, before Pa's antler restrictions that is one of only a few I've harvested in Pa without a broken tine or two. I don't know if food sources have alot to do with the antlers breaking or if it is all from fighting with other bucks. Maybe you guys know the answer. Sorry didn't mean to hijack your thread.
GET YOURS MOUNTED YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU DID. YOUR DEER IS MUCH NICER THAN THESE THAT ARE MOUNTED ON A PIECE OF WOOD.

Mount him the way you shot him. There is no sense making him something he is not after the harvest. The rack he has gives him character and adds to the allure of the buck. It makes you wonder how it happened, etc.
Nice buck though!
I'd leave him as is.

I had the same dilema with the one I just shot. One of his points is busted off. I chose to leave it just the way I shot him. After all, who really knows what the orginal point looked like.
