around where i live bobcats are the only animal that would do that. idk about mountain lions. i guess either one of them could have done it. i would put my trail camera by it and see what kind of pix i would get, then you'd no for sure.

Neat pic.

A couple of years ago on an evening huntI had a doe collapse dead on the opening ofa badger den. The next morning when I went to take up the trail to find her I had a very difficult time finding that doe. The trail ended at a dirt mound. I was really perplexed as to where she could have gone in that open pasture. It wasn't until I noticed hair sticking out of the dirt that I realized what had happened. She was nearly completely buried...[&:]

Actually, I do know for sure, even though I didn't get him on my trailcam. There were numerous sightings in the immediate area, and a 3 1/2" diameter cat track is pretty distinctive. There were some nice ones a few feet away. Definately wasn't a 40 lb bobcat... Just thought it might be fun for folks to try and guess, also to look at in case they hadn't seen anything like that before.

MQ-1,

Just like "Whose line is it anyways". I give everyone who played 1000 points except Antler Eater, he gets an extra 1000 for adding something I had never heard of before, and another 500 for it being kind of creepy.
