Luminock question

RE: Luminock question
They work great. They turn on when the arrow is released from the force of the string( you leave them pulled out a hair and the string pushes them in the rest of the way which somehow turns them on) They average about 10 bucks apiece but can usually get a good deal on e-bay. well worth the money

RE: Luminock question
Yes I have 3 of them and they worked great when I first got them but, after using them for some time now they don't work like they did when they were new. Over all I'm disappointed in them. Cost wise I paid about 9 dollars for them apiece. If I were you I would look into the Tracer nocks instead they might be more reliable as far as lighting up. They use a magnet to turn the nock on and off. Luminocks are activated by force from the bow string which pushes the nock into the arrow. On the nock itself are two little contact points and when they are in contact with the arrow it activates the light to turn on. At least thats what suppose to happen. I have had mixed resolutes with mine so thats why I'm disappointed with them.
