Evidently we need to make another one:

NEVER shoot at a deer unless you can see that it has antlers, or not. The fact that it's a deer has no standing. You MUST be able to discern points (or lack thereof).....and your bow will be confiscated if the doe you just shot is really a spike/button buck.
