2006 BowTech Old Glory Chrono Results
I just got back from fine tunning my new bow and wanted to share with everyone what the results were with a standard/average hunting arrow. Way more than I expected. All accessories mounted, full hush kit, heavy peep, etc.
2006 BowTech Old Glory with speed cam
62 pounds draw weight
31 inch draw length
29.5 inch GT XT Hunter 5575 arrows with 100 grain tip for a total weight of 395 grains.
10 shot average of 291 fps. WOW!
That's 74.29 ft. pounds of KE boys and girls!!! Should be a good test for my NAP SpitFires.
I have now shot both smooth and speed cams. The speed cams were very smooth so in my opinion don't bother with the smooth cams. This is my first BowTech...very nice bow.

I'm 6.5 so the advantages to the longer draw length makes up for all the years I have had trouble finding the correct length pants and hunting clothing. HAHA!I'm looking forward to getting my back muscles conditioned again, so I can turn the bow up to 70 pounds and start shooting a 480 grain arrow. BAM!

My 2006 BowtechTomkat, [email protected]",with the smooth module shoots a 367 gr arrow 275 fps. That yields a KE of 62 ft-lbs. The 2.5" difference in draw length does make quite a difference! Of course, the Old Glory also has the TS-1 string and cable system and the Tomkat does not. I'm not sure what cable system they put on the Tomkat

I just bought the 05 Old Glory. Im shooting 30" Axis with 100 gr head, 32"draw @ 70 lbs. Im getting 287 fps over the chrono.A third of the arrow sticks out of the back of my delta buck target@ 20yrds [8D]. Great bow! very accurate and fun to shoot, love the draw cycle feel's like a 60 pounder.
