Yep, I did season them. Onion salt, minced garlic, black pepper, salt,1 tbs. heinz 57, 1tbs tabasco, 1 cup Italian dressing. Put meat chunks and all ingredients in a bowl mix throughly and let set a room temp for 1 hr. Grill to your liken. I like mine med. so about 15min over about 15 coals ashed over. Oh, let you veggies soak in the mixture also. Now enjoy
