NYBOWHUNTER11,

I'm from Northwest Wisconsin. I hunt out of Douglas County. We own and manage 200 acres there. But that's not the only land we hunt. And not all of the deer that we take are from our land. (just incase someone has something to say along the lines of, "oh they own that much land, of course they can shoot big deer&quot I hunt every moment I can. I hunt a lot of the time before I go to school in the mornings, and when I'm done with school....I come home, eat quick then get back out there. Until I take a big one. If that means I hunt every night until December 31'st, that's fine. I love hunting. I'm working on a pretty nice deer right now....so hopefully I'll have more pictures for you guys soon.

I have some pictures with me smiling and some are me looking a little tired. I know I would have a big cheesey grin if I killed a monster though, but until my area here in Georgia gets them I will just go with what I am feeling at the moment. I usually take several pictures of my kills and try to post the best one.

Another thing , I like the natural look in James V's pictures. I don't clean the bucks blood off either, don't clean the brush out of the way, if I am in the woods I just take a picture. This is deer hunting, not a modeling magazine.

Now that's more like it! Nice picture. And nice deer in both pics by the way.

I agree with you, I don't know why anybody wouldn't be grinning from ear to ear after taking a trophy like that. I hope to have some trophy pictures of my own to post this season. I'll be the one smiling.

James, James, James. Silly little hunter. Now I realize that you're taking Cabelas4toys advice but he missed out on a few most important part. ANY pic with deer as you show here need to have a DeerThug in them. Since I'm in IL it won't take me long at all to respond to your location.

Seriously, outstanding deer and attitude too. Good job.

You guys make me ill...

I take a 125# doe and am smiling like I won the lottery.

I don't think a pro camer man could get a shot of me if I whacked a monster tail like one of those pictured on this thread!!!

Don't get me wrong, I've taken my share of small bucks but I'm just not quite in the right area for the 130+ racks!!!

still holding out hope for this year though - just like last year when I didn't fill my tag... Ho hum - nice smiles

Aim small miss small

Getting a little tired of looking at your goofy smile. You sure do get the deer and they are beauties. I'm not jealous-----much. Think you could leave a couple of deer in the woods so the rest of us can scare them away. I have never even seen one that looks like your last post. I've prayed and begged and pleaded to the forest gods with no results. Am thinking of sacrificing a goat or some chickens. Do you do voodoo? terry
