id say take what ever feels like a trophy to you who cares about age or size i mean if you are trying to grow the deer and get them huge let them pass but to meid take what felt like a trophy and here in vermont those deer are shooters my first trophy was a 1 1/2 spike horn trophy to me ill always remeber it so just go with what you feel is right
