Why anyone would shoot ANY broadhead made by Crimson is beyond me. Report after report tells us that they are trash.
I wouldn't say that. I am shooting the

125 gr. and they are great. They shoot the same as my field points. One time I shot my brothers block and it did the Spiral channel thing, it left a big hole in the block.I shot a doe in the back bone, went through the lungs and still pasted through. There was no damage to the blade after hitting the bone. Also here is pic of the second doe I killed this year. The head left a 3 in. hole on the exit side and when I tracked her it was like a war, there was blood on trees on both sides of the trail she went down. She did run 50 yards though, that iswithout her heart.

Thunderheads all the way. Never seen one break, unless it hit a rock.

I can't say I've shot a lot of those broadheads. I've shot a few muzzy's and am proud to say they work really well. But I mainly shoot satelite broadheads because their cheaper and do the same job.

I wouldn't even consider using them on any big game. Maybe turkey or small game though.
Why????? Trash is trash whether it's on a chipmunk or a moose. Someone already said it...if people would stick with what works, has always worked and will continue to work.... we wouldn't hear these horror stories. Thunderheads and Muzzys have been killing deer successfully for decades. They fly true, cut and hold up. Why do people keep falling for gimmicks. There isn't much better than "Never fails".
