What do you guys know about "Community Scrapes?"

RE: What do you guys know about "Community Scrapes?"
I've seen multiple scrapes in one area that was a staging area, well back in the woods where a nice buck would wait out until it got dark. Several scrapes within a few feet of each other.
I've also seen scrapes where more than one buck used it. My first year bowhunting there was an old logging road I knew always had scrapes and rubs year after year. I set up on one scrape in the pines and waited. First light, a buck came in and scraped in it. I had made a rooky mistake in that I set up right over the scrape and had a straight down shot that I missed (second mistake was not practicing that shot). By 8 AM another nice buck came along and scraped in the scrape and I blew that shot by hitting my climbing stand with my bow limb. It was a big scrape though and they threw the dirt a long way. BTW they cut those woods the next year. [:'(] But last year the trees were big enough to sit in again and I took this boy on the same road.
