Hey, I like the area you are hunting. It looks alot like the type of spot I like to set up in. Lots of nice tall, straight hardwoods with a relatively dense understory....and with a few small clearings interspersed here and there.

Thanks The under cover is real thick this year but will die off when the cold comes. Not a huge patch of woods I hunt in but have killed alot of deer over the years.

Nice pictures Motown. Looks like a great area to hunt! Nice a thick understory. I can't wait til mine looks that way. Right now, my hunting area has never been logged, so the canopy is so thick, there is no understory, just wide, wide open woods. I am planning on select cutting it this year to help thin it out and get some cover back in there for the wildlife. Thanks for sharing, I can now picture what I would want mine to look like!

looks great. I misread the title and thought it was pictures of deer coming down the trail. I spent about 2 minutes looking for deer, Ha ha. Thanks for the pics.
