I was thinking about this a couple days ago...do you guys wash them with just baking soda or do you mix with anything else? How much do you use?

I buy so much baking soda throughout the hunting season that I get some pretty odd stares from the check out people and the other customers waiting in line.(I laugh to myself)They must think I have a drug lab or something.
The process I use for washing clothes is the normal amount of unscented laundry detergent(ALL free and clear)and 1/2 a box of baking soda.I rotate my clothing and it gets washed after every hunt.We use unscented Laundry detergent all year round. My wife is not allowed to touch my hunting clothing coming out of the dryer. She rolls her eyes at me and says go get your stuff out of the dryer.
Hey if it wasn't for that I would be considered fairly normal.

works great on regular clothing but do not use it on any scent lock clothing they say it screws it up!

I like to take and old but clean sock and fill it with baking soda. Than tie off the top and use it like a resin bag. Last thing I do before heading to stand is to powder myself with it. Lots of people put a box in their fridge and it absorbs odors like nuts...........dabow

Another tip I picked up was mixing some baking soda with water to wash up with, especially when camping/hunting. I also take a washclath soaked with the mixture in a ziplock bag out to my stand with me. when I get all sweaty I wipe my face and hair down with it. Its good stuff!

Ditto to much of the above. I've been using BSoda with HS Scents detergent to wash clothes for years. I wash all my clothes after every trip to the woods, run them through the dryer, and then place them in a plastic tub. Also do something similar showering - shower with a commercial hunter soap, and then do another scrub with BSoda on a washcloth. Also use the H2O2 w/BSoda to brush my teeth. Hard to beat BSoda,I can get it prettycheap at the local food warehouse in 10# containers.
