Sounds good. When does it start?(time) How many arrows do you need? Is there anything I should know before going? I never never done one. I'm sure I won't win but want to try. Do they use life size deer targets or what?

Hi Spikehorn,
Registration is 7-11am, there are 30 targets, 27 New Rineharts from fighting bucks &Bears, to Skunks and Fox with lots of other animals. Check them out @ http://www.rinehart3-d.com/targets9.html
The bowhunter class is 35 yds. or less, probably average more of a 23-28 yr. range, you can shoot for score or shoot for fun from wherever you feel comfortable. Most people carry 3-6 arrows, others carry more
We had 87 shooters at last months shoot and served 133 breakfast, the food is awesome, French toast, pancakes, eggs anyway, meat, juice, coffee etc..,lots of people come just to eat!
If you need directions let me know.
My wife Heather and I will be around all day, mostly at the table so make sure to say hello!
Billy

Hey, you going to have any of those breakfast when I come up for bowhunting a couple days before the gun season starts. I think my wife is bringing in a friend to stay with her for a week so I can go hunting with my highschool buddies,... of 45 years ago.[&:] I just don't know what I'm going to do about licenses this year. I can't get any doe permitsbecause I'm not a resident. Haven't gotten any for 3 years. I'm not going to make my usual 3 or 4 trips to NY. I really don't care if I shoot anything, and if I did I'd rather it be with the bow. I may just save myself $150 dollars and just buy the bow license and hunt Wed-Fri and call it quits when all the idiots head for the woods ..... WITH RIFLES THIS YEAR..... YIKES!!!!!
