Default 4" or 5" feathers?

Does either stablize a broadhead better? I know this should have been posted in the technical section, but for some reason I can't get into that section. Anyway I shoot 125gr. 3 blade muzzies and was wondering if they were about the same in accuracy or if one was better than the other. I looked for articles but couldnt find any. Thanks.

The 5 inch feathers are going to stabilize your arrows faster because they will create more drag. Is that extra stabilization needed? Probably not, it just depends on how well your bow is tuned. 5 inch will have a little les speed. I would stick with 4 inch but that's just my opinion.

I have all my arrows fletched 4" feathers, except the ones I use for hunting. I need 5" for my broadhead flight. 5" will slow you down, but very minimally. I doubt you would even notice. Down range is where the speed loss will be seen, but by downrange I mean like 50 yards. 5" feathers are the absolute BOMB when it comes to broadhead flight.

Considering the fact that we are talking about feathers I don't really know if it will make that much of a difference. However, if you are looking for the most forgiving setup then 5 inch would be the way to play it safe.
