We experimented with one just like it a couple years ago. First off, you need some steps around the tree to allow you to manuver as they say. Secondly, it's literally a pain in the BUTT after an hour or so, less for we old farts. It really is just another gimmick. The one we tested sold for more than a decent hang on stand. In fact, you could have bought a couple hang ons for the price. You still have to put steps going up the tree to get to your height unless you have climbing spikes(which most people can't use safely). It's one of those thing that sounds like you have to have one, and then you have to find a hole to hide it in cause you're not using it. Talk about something that will change your form, this toy is it.
