Not the first morning, no. I dont plan on shooting any does until I either tag out on bucks, or the rut is over. I want to keep the deer coming into the feeders during the day. And besides, if its over 80 degrees, chances are I wont even hunt opening day.

I would if I could. In fact, I could have taken 2 does a day this past weekend. However, we are not allowed to take does down here in south Florida.

I will take any doe that offers a good shot, You need to fill the frezzer, with the price of meat these days, I have 4 doe tags to fill and I plan on filling them all,,

Yes i will, in NJ you must shoot a doe before you can take your buck in the zone i hunt.

actaully I plan on taking the first doe that walks by me this year to build confidence in shot placement and its great practice on the nerves

Yes I would take a doe on opening day and have done it before. I like all the practice I can get so when that big one walks by I am shooting dead on.
