Would you take a doe

RE: Would you take a doe
Oh yes I would. Ilike to take a doe before anything else.Always helps me to get the jitters out I get every year when bow season rolls around.I shake as bad on my first doe as I do on a huge buck. After taking a doe though I relax and dont havea problem as bad on a doe or a buck. But I still do shake some on every deer I arrow.Knees weak and the flood of emotions after I make a good shot is something to live for.

opening morning ? usually i would but the set up i'm going to be on this year is way too hot of a spot, that doe might be needed to bring this bad boy in.... and it's too far of a hikefor me to risk it all taking a doe opening morning, but Lord have mercy ona doe thatcomes in on the last day of the hunt...i am a true believer of the 50/50 management, for every buck taken, take a doe......over the last several years i have seen the results , so i'll definately take one for meat God willing...

Sure! Why not? Get the does out of the way so you can chase the big boy.
Besides, its mandatory to shoot a doe before a buck where I hunt.... (earn-a-buck).
Venison is venison, and its great to even out the herd.
