Still can't shoot my bow

RE: Still can't shoot my bow
Dave, take your time on your recovery!
the worst thing you can do is try to rush back into something withoutbeing fully healed.
Your health is more important than your bow
Maryland gives us a long bow season.
Now with that being said, where are all them honey spots you talk about? [8D]
I sure would hate to see them go to waste this year
just kidding. you take care

RE: Still can't shoot my bow
Thank you all for the kind responses. I am getting ready to head out the door right now for another PT session and am making progress. I actually DID draw my bow last week a day or so after I posted this. It was tremendously difficult and I certainly won't be able to get away with the movement (not to mention the grunting) that I made while drawing during hunting season! My first arrow was a dead center bullseye from around 25 yards, so I felt good about that! My shoulder felt like it was going to come apart as I strained to get it drawn. The PT isn't going to like hearing about the straining since he has me lifting 3lbs weights for some exercises!! I'll do whatever I think I can do without hurting myself too bad!
