I have 2 set up in the woods ready to hunt, but like them the least out of the stands i hunt from.
If you don't position them far enough off the tree drawing without hitting the tree is hard to do.
Place the stand pointing 90 degrees out (to the left if right handed) from the deer trail and drawing is much easier, but if they show up in front of you or to your right (right handed) drawing without hitting or grazing the tree with your string arm is hard to do.
Make sure you take some practice shots after you set it up and you'll see what i mean.
P.s.- a seat cushion of some sort is a must, unless you only hunt for ~15 minutes

I went the cheap way $98 from wally world and other than the platform being small I have no complaints Dicks sporting goods sells one with a platform that is 36 inches deep but it 's just too much money for me for now
