It wouldn't suprise me a bit if it was true. They are tough sometimes. I was driving behind a buddy pulling a camper one time. A small doe ran out in front of him...he hit it square in the front of his truck. Then proceeded to run over it, and so did the camper. I saw the deer get up and run off. We stopped and went to look for it....didn't find it within 100yds of the road. Tough little rascal.
The more important question...how is it that this guy hasn't taken a deer in 17yrs? WOW...
I think God must have been trying to give him a gift and he muffed it [8D]
