broadhead vanes?

Default broadhead vanes?

Id like to know which broadhead everyone thinks will fly a fixed blade broadhead better, between Quickspins, or Blazers. Ive read on here about blazers being very good, but locally I hear everyone raving about Quickspins. Id like some info form people who have shot both, and how do they do, and how were they fletched, helical and so forth. Thanks

I think both would serve you quite well in what you are looking to do with them. Personally I would choose the blazers especially with a conventional rest as there is less chance for fletching contact.

Thanks guys, Im not getting much response on this, so I guess Ill try the blazers, should I fletch them with helical? If so , how much? Im shooting a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone, so I think the fletchings will clear fine. Thanks

Yes, you need helical with a fixed blade broadhead. It doesn't really matter how much as long as the broadhead is tuned to the arrow. Youneed some spin to keep it from planing down range. Good luck!

Most fletch jobs typically entail 5 degrees or less of helical. I would start with that and see what type of flight and clearance you get with the blazers.
