Default Best Bow under $500?

I am looking to buy my first bow and $500 is about my limit without targets and all accessories I will need. Throw some names and specific bows out there that I should look in to. Thanks guys!

I purchased a Martin Phantom with the fusion cam several years ago, outfitted with all the tackle and a half dozen arrows, itcame in well under $500. It's still my only bow, and I like it alot.Good speed, handles nice, very quiet. good luck.

Diamond has a couple of bows under 500 the Rapture and Triumph.
Bowtech has the Tomkat package which comes with a sight, rest, sling and quiver.
They also have the Miranda.
PSE has some but I cant remember the names.
As already said Martin.
There are more such as Darton etc the best thing to do is wear out some boot leather and go to as many Pro Shops as possible and try them out and pick what feels best to you.

Diamond Triumph. I believe it sells for around $460 most places bare bow....with the hush kit factory installed ofcourse. With an 8.5 inch brace height, 310 IBO speed rating and a 31.5 inch axle to axle length the bow should be ideal for many bowhunting situations.

In my opinion once you hit the 500 dollar mark they are all pretty good, just pick the one you like the most.

My pick would be the hoyt Ultrasport or Ultramag. After that something from the bowtech line up. I have not shot any of the new Martins, but they are nice bows. Also parker probably has a few bows in that price range. They have a kit for under that that is very nice, the huntermag I think it is? I haven't looked at parkers in a while either to be honest.

Darton would be a great choice as well. Also reflex and others.

The bowtech Tomkat package for 500 can go toe to toe with most manufacturers top end bow.

It is IMO the best bargain out there
