The Parker EZ Draw woud be a good bow to look at as well, works well for old injuries that won't go away! Mathews & Hoyt make awsome bows & you won't go wrong with either!

I currently own a Bowtech right now but had last years Hoyt X-Tec which is similar to this years V-Tec. I have also shot the Switchback several different times this year and am not impressed. IMO it has a harsh draw cycle compared to the Hoyt. It is however faster than the Hoyt. I would say it's all in how it feels to your but I would say if you go to a shop and shoot them side by side you will pick the Hoyt for feel and shootablility. As long as you are just out shopping try the Bowtech Liberty. It is a super smooth drawing bow and pretty darn fast too. Don't cheat yourself only shooting a couple shoot all you can and then decide. Good Luck to ya.
