Mathews Outback
I just shot a outback bow I think it's a sweet bow.. Looks like I'll be saving up for it. Really smooth to draw. I was going to get a LX, I also shot one of those but the outback just seemed so smooth. Now the LX was set at 71lbs and the outback was at 65lbs I wouldn't 6 lbs think would make that much differance. The outback should fit nicely in my stand.

Haven't shot one yet. Looked at one yesterday. (Wife was along so I couldn't act too interested) But just first opinion, it looks like a shorter LX. I believe it has the same cam. Would be great in a tree stand or the confines of a Double Bull ground blind. The limbs also seem a little more parallel.

RE: Mathews Outback
Purchased mine two weeks ago and brought it home last Friday. It's still lying motionless on the guest bed, but will be set-up by this weekend. So far, everything is top notch. Love the new camo, love the parallel limbs (reminds me of my legacy, just more defined), love the compactness, love the way it draws and stops. Oh yeah, love the new hat!
I will let you know how it shoots soon!!! Before anyone starts bashing, just found out that my good friend in Wyoming just became a staff shooter for Bowtech and will be getting a bowtech to add to my collection soon. I shot a Liberty (bare bow)the other night at my local bow shop. Nice bow, but I can't say I, personally, was all that impressed. I am planning on giving it another shot with accessories and correct arrows soon.

For me the price is around $699, but in other places it might vary! Dalejbrass: I to have shot the Liberty and have not been to impressed with it, I have shot the Mighty Might VFT, and that is by far the best Bowtech, I think anyways! Check it out, if you like the Outback, you might like the MM VFT!
