another vote for versacart. ive been using 1 since 1997. it has hauled out over 100 deer for me and friends. the slanted wheels are what makes this cart stand out above the rest. i had an original model, but i believe summit now makes the parts for versacart. if you happen to be going to the sports show in harrisburg, they have a booth there.

The best Ive found for use out west is a homemade single wheel model made out of motorcyle wheel with brake. Although tippy, it is far superior for manuevering in and around sage brush than a 2 wheel model that is constantly hanging up. It take some getting used to keep it balanced, even with 2 people, but we have found it works better. Its hauled alot of deer and elk quarters.

I have a one wheel model that I have made that will fit in between corn rows. It is powered by a 2hp honda, with 49 to 1 gear reducton it has plenty of power, and gets about 16mpg. You should see it go thru the swamp, the big ole knoby atv tire works great! I have no plans, but do have some old pictures.
