RE: Binocular/camera combo
I have used 1 so far and I found that it came in handy getting some good pictures in the deer woods without wasting alot of time filming instead of shooting. Mine was a basic Walmart model (Magpix) and the max resolution was 640 X 480 pixels, or 0.3 megapixels. The bino was 8x and poor at best. I like it, but the resolution needed to be better, so I've been shopping around for another.
The best new one I've found is a Simmons CaptureView 2.0 w LCD. It's less than $200 bucks and 2.0 megapixels. It also has an LCD for viewing the pictures (most binocams don't) and I've been told it will shoot 90 secs of video as well. I'm going to give it a try and I'll let you know.
