Gosh I just threw it away. I had to get replacment seats for my AL100 stands. I did google them to find it. It took about four different numbers to find a working one. API had gone out of business but are back and running so it might take a few times to find it. Try a local retailer for the number also.

I have nothing but praise for the API stands I have. Having only one interaction with their customer service I can only say they were very good. The told me I would have the replacement seats for my stands in four days. They were wrong....I had them in three.

I too must speak highly of API (to date that is) my father owns several of their stands and I own one myself.. we have never had one minutes problem out of them and any time we have ever needed anything their customer service had been outstanding... with that being said I do understand that companies change so this is not to say that things have changed but I knwo at one time they were number 1 in my book..but maybe there will be a new number 1..lol I am gettign ready to order my Summit in a week or two!!

Now that you brought it up....I would like the number as well. I really like my baby grand but HATE my MAGNUM. I tried everything to make that damn stand not squeak.

I' ll only buy Lone Wolf or Top Gun from Wildlife Innovations going forward.
