Bowtech Hostage Rest
Has anyone used this rest yet? It looks like a practical betteralternative to the WB.

The bristles are really tough.........I had a Hostage on my general all last season and did a lot of shooting and don't really see any wear? To answer your question, yeah they will wear out first, they have to........I just don't know how long that takes. They are an insert though so each bristle set can be replaced.
The cool features of teh Hostage Pro:
Fully machined, sleeker design, full adjustable windage and elevation and the bristles inserts ride on angled tracks cut into the frame. the angle allows you to set them precisely to accomodate any arrow from a 2512 all the way down t the skinnies Axis style shaft.
Nice looking extremely functional hunting rest and IMO makes the Whisker biscuit obsolete.

RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
Fully machined?
Including the housing for the bristles?
Only thing I disliked about the Hostage was the plastic housing.
If thats the case, I may have to pick one up when they're available.

Trust me you will really like it when you see it.

ORIGINAL: Matt / PA
Yep everything is machined and the cage is a little thinner sleeker looking and a larger diameter to really allow ample clearance for Blazer style vanes.
Trust me you will really like it when you see it.
