i switched to the blazers last season, so far im happy with them. I found that if you offset the vanes it is better for windy conditions. This is a trick I leared from my local dealer. by offset i mean set one about a half inch ahead of the other two.

defenbaugh about 5 years ago I was doing the offset thing on my vanes for 3Ds and it work great. I was shooting Hyper speeds 2- 49 with 1 1/2 inch vane. It works like a paddle wheel and pick up more air. The arrow will spin faster. It looks funny but works great. I use blazers for hunting and shoot fixed broadheads. I haven't had the need to do this with my hunting arrows. Blazer are higher profile and haven't had any problems getting broadheads to fly good and group great.
