I studied the things and settled on the Big Game Luxury Box. I wanted a big platform with a seat that folds up so I can use it for both gun and bow. It also seems to have supports underneath the platform that seems safer and more sturdy.
Finally, I bought two on Amazon for $140 each plus only $10 shipping. That's a savings over most other dealers of $60 plus some amount for shipping.
I will admit, I haven't used them yet, but I wanted to lock in the price.

We construct our own treestands, we can make them how we want, and I have found that the treestand we make are better then anyother than I have ever used. On the plus side they are made of treated wood, making it noise resistaint, and it will last ahwile before we need to replace it.

I work at dicks sporting goods and we have several pretty nice ladder stands made by Rivers Edge. I personally have never used one in the woods, but once the store closes I've climbed into them. Plus their all on sale now in the store. Here's a link if you want to check them out.

I have several of the 15' Ladder Stands from D!cks sporting goods store . They have them on sale for $50 for a good part of the season . D!cks also sells a 2 man stand that is real roomy for one person and sells for $100 on sale .

i tested the stands from d-cks.

they were fine but not 15 ft that is on box.
i measured from tree down ,it was around 12 ft.

nothing wrong with 12 ft.

i highly suggest you buy the handrails for sides of seat, its not to comfortable without them ,gives you feeling of falling off sides.

personelly, a two man ladderstand is best i ever sat in,lots of room..
you can put your legs up and move from side/side.

after getting one of those, i hate to sit in single stand anymore.

you can lay your lunch out, lots of room for your stuff, you can lay down and stretch out, move around.

if deer is behind tree,no problem with that, but is problem with single seat..

i even sleep when things get slow around noon, then wake up at 2 pm, ready to go ..

2 man stand is by far best ladder stand and only 1 i use now..
