RE: Slick Trick or Crimson Talon?
Slick Tricks without a doubt! I shoot the 85 and 100 grainers. They fly very well and are almost identical to my field points in flight. I've taken 5 whitetails since 2005with the "Tricks" and have hit ribs entering and exiting the same deer. Bone does not hinder the heads performance. Great exit wound and easy bloodtrail to follow.
Well worth a try to someone whos not yet sold on one specific head. Keep the mechanicals, they have too many flaws! Slick Tricks and G5 Montecs get my vote!!!

i have shot slick tricks since they come out and love them. they fly great and are very tough. i have taken plenty of deer with them. i have never used the ct's but i am sure they are good heads, also.

Crimson Talon blades = BRITTLE!!!! I killed my elk with a ST this year, it lodged deep into the off side shoulder... that broadhead is still in my quiver. The first crimson talon I shot into my broadhead target had jacked up blades.

Slick Tricks, end of story. stronger than crap, sharper than shi**, and fly just like a field point. You'll never look back. Even the tip of the steel ferrull (sp) is needle-point sharp.BTY, I also put a new edge on the blades I've already killed with, without much effort. Just my .02
