fletching color

RE: fletching color
This depends a bunch on light conditions and background colors. Last batch I did was three different colors: neon orange, neon green, and neon yellow. I also like two neon orange and one white. Cresting can also do a lot to make an arrow more visible.

It's all about background and how light it is outside.
Pink and Orange do well during the early morning.
White and yellow do better closer to dark assuming there is no snow on the ground.
On cloudy days/overcast days with no snow on the ground, almost any color will work well except darker colors.
On a cloudy day/overcastdays with snow on the ground, orange and red work really well.
This is what I have found.

RE: fletching color
i shot 2 green and 1 white last year with a green nock. i never had trouble seeing arrow flight. this year i know 1 color will be orange. probably something a bit different(not white) for the other color. i cant stand having fletching EVERYONE at the local 3d shoots have...just hate it lol...already got the arrows...orange writing, orange nock, orange fletching..then im thinking blue. i like blue. i really dont care about visibility though. i wont hunt without my lighted nocks. seeing arrow flight in the woods can be difficult no matter what color..tracer nocks are super visible in the woods...

I shoot all three vanes whit and I have a wrap that starts white and fades to yellow then to green. I finish it off with a red nock and I can see the arrow flight pretty good and have no problems finding them...
