drop zone rests (good or bad) for binary cam bows
just was wondering if anyone out there with bowtech bows has had good luck with drop zone rests on their bows.Do they mess with the cable system or change the timing on cams? and are they easy to tune to get bullit holes when paper tune and also how are they for tuning broadheads. If you have a drop zone on your bow, other than bowtech bows, I would like your input as well, thanks everyone!!!!

RE: drop zone rests (good or bad) for binary cam bows
I have one set up on my tribute and often wonder if the cable is causing unseen pull on the cams (thus changing the let-off).
I set it up with the cord pulling with very little tension on the down cable to minimize this effect. I am currently shooting both Beman ics 340' and 400's accurately at 30 yards with fixed blades (muzzy 3 blades & phantoms, slick tricks & stingers).
I've dropped back to 40 a few times with the slick tricks & they were on, but I normally don't hunt areas with longer shots.
What I'm trying to get at is my bow is as "on" asI could ask for with the drop zone. Could things be better? I often wonder myself.
I'll be playing with a NAP 360 on my Patriot after deer season. Depending how that pans out one may find its way onto my Tribute as well.
