Full body harness for me now that they are readily available. I used a "safety" (death) belt when they were the norm, but have since learned enough to know that they are something thatcan cause serious internal injury and possible death in the event of a fall. And being as I'm almost 60 years old I have no desire to die from stupidity before I've spent all my kids' inheritance.
