RE: Fletching
Labdad!
There are cheaper model's of jig's that will do the job that you want ,but my preference is the Bitzenburger ,it's well constructed and solid jig that will last a lifetime .Looking on AT or Ebay you may be able to find them for around 50$ U.S. But it's the only jig I'll ever use from here on in.

I really like my Jo-Jan, although some people on here hate them. The most votes will probably be for the Bitz, which is a great jig. I like bein able to fletch 6 at once though. And, you set the cock feather up or down. If you're shooting an arrow with a moveable nock though, it doesn't matter where the three feathers are because you can twist the nock to your preference.

i like my jo jan multi i've had it for years ,if you switch arrow size (diameter) ,from an aluminum to an axis yohave to mess with it a little bit to get it right but once you get the hang of it it's no problem changing it around for different arrow sizes and set ups.

I haven't used either of the ones above, but I have an Arizona EZ fletch and I like it. It will fletch all the vanes at one time, so it does one arrow really fast. It's available for skinny carbon or fat aluminum and in a variety of offsets/helicals.

RE: Fletching
Bitzenburger is the best from what I have seen and heard. I have had one for 3 years and no complaints. It will last a lifetime. All metal and no plastic. Fletching glue can never ruin it.
