'buckshot' equalizer climber
been a fan of buckshot stands for about four years now. the only thing I didn't like about it was its weight and time needed for set up. so, I got the new stand called the equalizer. cable climber with the ability to turn a crank and have up to 12" of adjustment to compensate for the thinning of the tree as you go skyward. this stand is so easy to set up and use. I am really impressed. I messed around with it more out of curiosity than anything. I was looking at the summit viper, but I really liked this one. it weighs 22lbs and packs out easily. I believe that you can order them online at certain sites. not a terribly well known company, but a good stand.

I am not sure if they are manufactured anymore. I was looking for one recently and the website has been down for quite a while.
Bad thing since I sold mine a few years ago and want a new one.

Tucker, the old Buckshot tree stands like the centershot, etc. may not be being made anymore, but their new stand, the Equalizer, is definitely being made: http://www.equalizertreestands.com/
It may be the only one they make nowbecause their old site is down, you are correct on that, butBuckShot is still in business. I know you can still buy new Centershots at Lancaster Archery: http://www.lancasterarchery.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=55_210&products_id=813
